Wonderful shopping experience! We immediately received a warm welcome from Hollis and appreciated that the store did not smell anything like traditional mattress stores using synthetic materials. We were looking for good beds without chemicals but didn't know where to start. Visiting the Austin Natural Mattresses shop was enough to learn all about them. Once we laid down -even on their cheapest products- we knew that it'd be worth to invest on those!Sleeping experience has been great! We have ‘Avocado’ brand natural mattresses with organic cotton covers. This is such comfort; they feel so soft! Besides, each day, night time is the longest time period that we stay put in one place. During those eight hours of sleep, it's so good to know that we're exposed to only natural materials.We have ‘Rize home tranquility’ adjustable beds. Those are amazing! As I adjust it (using a remote control), it doesn't only help the sleeping experience but also turns my super comfy bed into a reading chair, sofa, etc... and without harming the mattress. I don't use extra furniture in my room anymore. –We're saving a lot of space!In terms of the general experience, the purchase was worth it even for the convenience and joy of it. From manager to the delivery people, they care, are personable, and ready to make things work in the best way for you! We're appreciative.

Great service and great beds.My wife is big into all the non-toxic environmental things and I am not ha. But we needed a king mattress that gave me a firm side and her a softer side, and we did not want to do Sleep Number.The guy who runs the place knew everything I could ever want to know about mattresses and gave us an incredible buying experience.We went with a bed that can have different levels of firmness on each side. The "modules" on each side can be swapped in and out for a few hundred bucks if you want a different firmness in the future (or for free in the 100-day trial period), so we feel great about what we paid for now, and the ability to basically have the same bed affordably the rest of our lives.I have chronic neck pain so really needed this to work out. Super grateful for the experience and would 10/10 recommend.

Charles steered me in the direction of Naturepedic, a brand that allows for a ton of firmness customizing, including different firmnesses on each side of the mattress. He answered all my questions, wasn't pushy, and allowed me to take my time trying out the different options. I took some time to think about it, and came back the next day. Charles wasn't there, but I found Hollis just as knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I decided on the Naturepedic because within 100 days, if you need a different feel, you can exchange any part of the mattress (springs or latex foam) for free. They happened to have my options in stock, and were able to schedule my delivery for 5 days later. Can't say enough about my experience with Charles and Hollis!

Yes, some of their mattresses are above the average price of a mattress you could get at a more standard mattress store.
