Our Free 100-Day Night Trial & Return Policy

We offer a 100 Night Sleep Guarantee, so that you can be completely comfortable with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, see below for our return policy specifics.

• On any Avocado Eco Mattress, you can get a refund after sleeping on the mattress for at least 30 days, and within 100 days of receiving it.
• On any other Avocado brand mattress, sleep on it at least 30 days, but you have a year to get a refund.
• On The Natural Mattress Home brand mattresses (our brand), you can receive a full refund within 100 days of receiving your mattress.
• On any other brand, we match the same return policies of the manufacturer.

NOTE: We do not offer refunds on bedding, accessories, or adjustables, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.

In lieu, you may also exchange for anything in the store. If the exchange value is less than the original purchase value, a credit memo will be issued to the customer for the difference. This credit will be good for one year from the date of original purchase.

The Comfort Guarantee applies to standard mattress purchases only. Custom-built mattresses, odd sizes (California king, extra long queen or full, etc), floor samples, built-to-order beds, any and all accessories, pillows, sheets, protectors, furniture, etc., are not covered by this policy. Per Texas State Health Department regulations, if your mattress has been stained or soiled in any way, we cannot exchange it or issue a refund. Please use your waterproof mattress protector!

If you decide to do an exchange, you may return a mattress and leave with a new mattress at no additional charge, or we’ll bring the new mattress to you and take back the prior mattress for a flat delivery fee of $125 anywhere in Austin.

Our Lowest Price Guarantee

If you buy a mattress from us and see it advertised locally within 30 days for a lower price, bring in the advertisement and we’ll refund the difference plus 10% of that difference. So far, nobody has been able to beat our prices, but it’s a standing offer.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

We collect information provided by you through our contact forms in order to reach out to you directly in regards to your request. We collect email addresses provided by you in our newsletter sign up form to send special offers and newsletters as requested by you.
